My husband would tell you that I am obsessed with Melissa Wood-Tepperberg. Yes, I stalk her Instagram, think she is gorgeous, know her son’s name, know she has a squad of beautiful girlfriends, know she’s a vegan yoga teacher with a new Fitner channel, know that like me, she is an Institute of Integrative Nutrition trained wellness coach, etc., but no, I’m not obsessed ;)) Okay…I may have a slight girl/insta crush on her, but who wouldn’t?! Seriously, though, if you’re not following Melissa (@melissawoodhealth), you are missing out!
I can’t remember when I first came across Melissa, but I remember being impressed that she could live this seriously healthy lifestyle with a restaurant/club owning partner, now husband (Noah Tepperberg). Melissa gets up early with their little boy Benjamin, meditates and exercises daily, eats a beautiful plant-based diet (making fresh juices and delicious recipes), has a new channel on the Fitner App, is a model, and that’s just the start. On top of it all, she seems to manage everything with such beauty and grace. I haven’t gotten to meet Melissa in person yet but can tell that she is a truly beautiful person inside and out.

My alarm goes off at…I do not set an alarm, I wake up to my internal clock, a.k.a Benjamin crying.
The first thing I do is…as soon as my feet hit the floor, I say one thing I am extremely grateful for and then I have a glass of water with lemon.
My favorite products are…Kopari, Cocokind, Lotion P50, and Lerosett. I also love Kate Somerville Wrinkle Warrior and Free and Clear Shampoo.
For breakfast, I eat…a green juice, smoothie or fruit to start the day.
My uniform is…jeans and a t-shirt.
My go-to workout is…everything I share on my app! I do a lot of pilates/yoga style exercises, which I credit for getting my body back post-baby.
My favorite activewear is…I love Koral!
Lunch is…typically a green salad loaded with veggies, cooked quinoa on top, and a homemade dressing.
Snack is…I don’t snack often because I eat such fulfilling meals, but if I want a snack I will have a green juice without fruit or a cucumber, tomato, onion, and avocado salad.
My version of self-care…meditation, being kind and loving to myself, using the infrared sauna, getting a colonic, and doing my daily workout.
To drink…Water all day! Sometimes an occasional iced green tea during the day.
My favorite dinner is…a ten vegetable, quinoa stirfry.
Of books, Netflix or Housewives I choose…These days I choose a really good book, like A Return to Love.
I am sleeping by…I try to get to bed by 10 pm latest because I get up early with Benjamin every morning.
