I created this Planning Journal to both map out and record your week of food, water intake and movement. It is a great tool to help you stay on track and be accountable. I like to plan my meals and snacks for a few days out, so I’m prepared and don’t reach for an unhealthy choice in a bind. I also order groceries to be delivered (or grocery shop) on Sundays so I am all set for the week. Planning your movement and putting it on your calendar, like you would a meeting, helps to make it happen. Planning is a huge key to success and reaching your goals.
