As cold season quickly approaches, I turn to my Immunity Boosting Elixir to stay at the top of my game. Ingredients:

      • 2 cups evamor water
      • 1 tsp fresh turmeric, grated
      • ½ tsp fresh ginger, grated
      • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
      • 1 tbsp local honey (sub real maple syrup if vegan)
      • ½ lemon, juiced

Directions:

Heat water over medium-high heat and add all other ingredients. Let steep for a few minutes, keeping water temperature just below a boil. Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a mug and serve.
