I love this smoothie because it tastes like a sweet treat, but is filled with tons of healthy greens, protein, and fiber. Zucchini is a great veggie to throw in any smoothie (especially when you’re trying to sneak them in for kiddos), because you literally can’t taste it at all. Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsweetened nut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 cups (tightly packed) kale
  • 2 scoops chocolate plant-based protein powder (I use Ka’chava)
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 handfuls of ice
  • handful of ice

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blend and whiz until smooth.
