Candice Miller (aka Mama) is half of the dynamic sister duo behind the fabulous blog, Mama & Tata, and also happens to be one of my dearest friends. I am so excited to feature Candice on LivLight because people literally ask me about her all the time. In true “style setter” fashion, Candice has immaculate taste and always looks super chic. She is also gorgeous and has the most amazing figure (think, strong and fit, but still beautifully feminine).

Candice is a loyal devotee of the Tracy Anderson Method and eats a super clean diet. She also takes good care of herself by visiting an acupuncturist and a healer. On their blog, she and her sister (Jenna Crespi aka Tata) share all of their mommy advice, as well as their favorite brands, products, and fabulous “moms of the moment!” If you haven’t yet, be sure to check it out (www.mamaandtata.com). “Light”ning Round

I am…Candice Miller aka Mama and I am a…Mama, wife, lifestyle and fashion influencer, and style consultant.

My alarm goes off at7am.

The first thing I do is…kiss my husband!

My favorite products are…Tracie Martyn Shakti body lotion, Tracie Martyn neck and body serum, Leilani Bishop oils, Naturabisse Diamond cleanser , NARS Rosebud lipstick, and Anastasia brow pencil.

For breakfast, I eat…gluten-free oatmeal (with coconut flakes, fresh berries, and brown sugar), green juice, and Chamomile tea with honey.

My uniform is…high waisted jeans, my furry Gucci slides, a white t-shirt, and a Mr & Mrs Italy jacket.

My go-to workout is…Tracy Anderson Dance Cardio followed by Attain Definition class.

My favorite activewear is…Track and Field gray compression leggings or atf sweatpants, American Apparel sports bras, and Nike zoom structure sneakers.

Lunch is…a kale salad with tofu, broccoli, avocado, and sunflower seeds.

Snack is…a peanut, oat, honey, and date ball. 

My version of self-care…physical therapy, acupuncture, medical pedicure, a Tracie Martyn facial, and a Tracy Anderson workout.

To drink…water and chamomile tea exclusively.  I have red wine on weekends.

My favorite dinner is…Branzino grilled with olive oil and sea salt, and hot pepper flakes , sautéed spinach, roasted artichokes, and white bean soup.

Of books, Netflix or Housewives I choose…books, but rarely get a chance to read them!

I am sleeping by…11pm.

 after I…kiss my husband goodnight and tell him I love him.
