Meal prep is all the rage and Glasslock Containers are the key to success. They are fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe for the meal prep win. I love that the clear glass allows you to actually see all the delicious food in your fridge too!

Slow juicing is key to keeping the maximum amount of nutrients in your juice and this is the top-of-the-line machine to do. It also makes everything from hummus to ice cream to nut butter. This slow juicer is definitely at the top of my list!

If you haven’t heard about the Instant Pot, you need to come out from under that rock. It’s basically your new and improved slow cooker that cooks in a fraction of the time. Great for meats, stews, curries, and even makes the perfect hardboiled egg.
